If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with all stickers, tags, and seals intact
Any item returned used or broken will not be eligible for replacement.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer unless the mistake was from our side.
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so pack properly to avoid damage.

We do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will be given either:
- Store credit, or
- A replacement product
Products are exchanged only if they pass quality check by our team after return.
Change of mind, change of shade, or wrong selection are not valid reasons for return or exchange.
Same product or shade replacement will be provided if available.

Sometimes, due to high order volume, the product you ordered might go out of stock after your order is confirmed.

In such cases, we sincerely apologize.
If you made an advance payment, we will:
- Notify you immediately
- Offer a full refund, or
- Offer a replacement of equal value

All customized products require 100% advance payment
Customized items are not returnable or refundable
If we deliver the wrong customized item, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (depending on your location, weather, or public holidays)
Tracking: You will receive a SMS with courier tracking once your parcel is dispatched
Availability: Please make sure your contact number is active when rider calls you
